meilleurs r\u00e9sultats business<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des chercheurs de George Washington University et University of Utah ont <em><strong>analys\u00e9 plus de 2 millions de signalements<\/strong><\/em>, remont\u00e9es d&rsquo;incidents \/ alertes, \u00e0 travers les syst\u00e8mes de signalement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s en interne par les entreprises \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats qu&rsquo;ils ont publi\u00e9 et mis \u00e0 jour en avril 2019 d\u00e9montrent que ce sont les organisations, <em><strong>les plus actives dans l&rsquo;utilisation des syst\u00e8mes de signalements d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s en interne, qui sont les plus profitables.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-spacer\" style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Entreprises plus profitables . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. . . parce que moins expos\u00e9es aux affaires et leur impacts r\u00e9putationnels, l\u00e9gaux et financiers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-spacer\" style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre enseignement issu de leur \u00e9tude : les entreprises sont plus profitables \u00e9galement parce qu&rsquo;elles sont moins expos\u00e9es aux poursuites judiciaires, avec les co\u00fbt associ\u00e9s et p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res d&rsquo;envergure !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un autre registre, les chercheurs pointent que les start-ups \/ organisations \u00e0 croissance rapide &#8211; celle qui privil\u00e9gient disruption, acquisition de part de march\u00e9 \u00e0 rythme forc\u00e9e, strat\u00e9gie \u00ab\u00a0winner-takes-all\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; , sont celles qui sont les moins en pointe sur la gouvernance et l&rsquo;utilisation de syst\u00e8me interne de signalements ; donc plus expos\u00e9es aux risques r\u00e9putationnel et l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-spacer\" style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude : un argumentaire percutant pour la fonction Compliance . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. . . \u00e0 faire valoir aux \u00ab\u00a0stakeholders\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; dirigeants, board, employ\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-spacer\" style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude d\u00e9montrent de mani\u00e8re circonstanci\u00e9e, ce qui est une \u00e9vidence pour tout Compliance Officer ; c&rsquo;est que les dispositifs de signalements et de reporting interne sont au coeur de tout programme de conformit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ils s&rsquo;assurent tout d&rsquo;abord que les programmes de conformit\u00e9 fonctionnent (que les pratiques business sont&#8230; conformes aux r\u00e8gles \u00e9dict\u00e9es) ; mais ils ont \u00e9galement un impact direct sur les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9conomiques de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les syst\u00e8mes de signalements  permettent de d\u00e9tecter des d\u00e9faillances et de les traiter de suite ;
